Gabrielle Molina leads El Sistema USA CEO Forum Alongside Project Music Board Member Peter Compo
Project Music is pleased to announce that Executive Director Gabrielle Molina facilitated CEO professional development webinar, part of the forums offered by El Sistema USA. This session was particularly special, as Gabrielle co-facilitated with Peter Compo, a current Project Music Board member and advisor to El Sistema USA. The CEO forum focused on key principles of Board Development through Peter's framework of "Wisdom, Work, and Wealth." Discussions centered on strengthening collaboration between board members and executive directors/CEOs, enhancing leadership accountability, and addressing critical organizational challenges.
The presentation was well-attended and warmly received, with participation from El Sistema-inspired organizations across the United States, including California, Arizona, Texas, New York, Delaware, and Washington. The Executive Director of El Sistema Canada also joined the forum, adding an international perspective.
